Utah Sports Action is pleased to announce the Athlete of the Week from Nov. 16th – 21st. There were many outstanding performances this week but one athlete seemed to stand out a little more than the others.
Cantwell was the difference maker for Bingham as they beat Davis in the 5A Championship game. He rushed for 173 yards on 18 carries and finished the game with four touchdowns. Even with Davis knowing what Bingham would do with Cantwell at quarterback they couldn’t contain him as he averaged nearly ten yards a carry.
On the season Cantwell rushed for 636 yards and 12 touchdowns on 85 carries. The future is bright for the Bingham Miners with Stefan Cantwell and a handful of juniors coming back for the 2010 season. Product
