Kevin Goldsmith, Sr., Jordan
Goldsmith, has been the go to guy for Jordan all season. He has a great sense on the court and can get to the basket when he wants. With great post moves and outstanding jumping abilities it is hard for anyone to try and defend him. Against American Fork last Wednesday he had 21 points and 6 rebounds in route to a 54 to 51 win. Last Friday against Hillcrest he led Jordan to a 53 to 49 win with his 21 points and 8 rebounds. With numbers like this he has to be in the running for 5-A MVP.
On the season Goldsmith is averaging 20 points, 7.27 rebounds, 2.55 steals and 1.45 assist per. game. Jordan stands with a record of 9-2. They will face Brighton at home Friday Jan. 15th @ 7:00.
Congratulation Kevin on a great week in hoops.
