The Duke of Spanish Fork is the Gatorade Player of the Year

The Spanish Fork High Dons Have something to celebrate, their star pitcher Adam Duke has been named Gatorade Utah Baseball Player of the Year.

Duke had a flawless year on the mound his record was 11-0 and a 1.33 ERA, that was among the elite Utah high school baseball pitchers. Duke also led the Dons baseball team to the 4A state championship. Duke can also swing the bat, his batting average was .419.

Duke has committed to play for coach Casey at Oregon State, but could be picked up in the MLB draft.
