Timpview star signs with UVU

Eli Robison, a 6-foot-5, 175-pounder who led Timpview to the Class 4A state basketball championship last spring, has signed to play for Utah Valley University.

According to a post on the Utah Pump-N-Run Twitter feed, Robison committed to UVU coach Dick Hunsaker. Robison played for UPNR's White team as an unsigned senior in the summer traveling circuit and led the team in scoring.

He also led Timpview in scoring last winter, averaging 15.6 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. He graduated from Timpview in May, and will play for the Wolverines this winter.
